Cacciatore is the oldest Italian Salami and translates as the “The Hunter.” This traditional salami originating from Lombardy is carried by hunters in their pockets when they hunt for wild game.

Ideal on a platter, in a salad, or matched with a hard cheese. Pair with a glass of your favourite chardonnay.

Sopressata is a traditional dry southern Italian salami and translates as “salami of the people”,

Ideal in pasta or as a topping for your pizza. It pairs nicely with a red wine such as nebbiolo or a wheat beer. It makes an excellent addition to your charcuterie board.
